Nicole Gonzalez joined Gabriel Clare and Enrique Loria’s team as a paralegal in 2015. She specializes in corporate, real estate and intellectual property law.

For real estate transactions, Nicole does due diligence for buying and selling properties in Costa Rica’s coastal and urban areas. In terms of corporate law, she advises companies on different day-to-day aspects, as well as on preparing and reviewing contracts, merger and acquisition processes, shareholder agreements, share purchase procedures and corporate restructuring and reorganization, and also provides the legal advice necessary to start commercial operations in Costa Rica. In terms of intellectual property, she advises on every aspect related to registering, protecting and defending intellectual property rights.
