Miguel Herrera is a litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience. He has worked in many different branches of law and has successfully participated in important civil, contentious-administrative and criminal proceedings. His professional experience includes consulting services in the field of administrative hiring, especially for large public works projects, such as the Guápiles-Río Frío highway, irrigation channels in Guanacaste and contracts for water resource use, electrical power and technical vehicle inspection, among others.

Miguel has also worked as an advisor for many municipal organizations around the country, as well as for important national and international private companies, supporting their setup in the country.
