Bernal Herrera is head of our Immigration Department and helps clients obtain legal status in Costa Rica, including investor and pensioner residencies or general power of attorney or representation of companies located in Costa Rica. Given the number of categories available, Mr. Herrera takes the time to guide clients in finding the category that best suits them.
The Immigration Department also handles other processes, including registering companies with Immigration, obtaining work permits, etc. Mr. Herrera also works and collaborates with the Corporate Law Department where he performs a wide range of tasks, including succession proceedings and collaborating with clients who manage condominiums.
We have offices around the country so we can be closer to you and serve you better.
We speak English, French and Spanish, allowing us to serve both local and international clients. Additionally, we have a network of contacts around the world so we can even meet your needs abroad.
