Adrián Alvarado is an attorney and notary public with over 10 years of experience in corporate legal consulting, primarily in corporate finance law and company law. He is experienced as a banking advisor in the structuring and restructuring of corporate loans and has ample experience in preparing trust documents and mortgage, lien and real estate guarantee agreements. Due to his role in corporate banking advisory, he has acquired the skills necessary for the legal analysis and diagnosis of the different stages of corporate development.
Adrián has ample experience in succession proceedings through both judicial and notary procedures, estate planning from a legal perspective and real state law, among others. His professional experience, knowledge of current regulations and academic background allow him to provide solutions through trustworthy, personalized and well-informed legal advice.
